Since Chris / Giant Property Management took over from Centrick, so much has been done so quickly. The communication has been excellent and thing that leaseholders have been requesting for months are already underway in a matter of weeks. I fully appreciate the hard work.

Stay away from Abacus Building. They don't have responsible staff. In Abacus Building, there wasn't a lift working for straight 3 months. Even after that, the lift had issues every few days. It's very problematic for people living on higher floors.

Chris and the team at Giant Property Management are great. They are responsive, thorough and they really care about supporting the properties they look after. Our block improved greatly once Chris and the team took over.

Chris has been doing a great job since taking over management of Abacus. I’ve seen lots of innovation like bike racks and planters being installed. He’s always really quick to respond and has successfully (touch wood) managed a leak repair in my flat which looks good as new. Thanks!

It has been a breath of fresh air working with Chris and giant property. We were at the end of our tether with management companies that took on too many clients and weren’t able to offer the service they promised. This has been totally different! Chris cares about our property as much as we do and that has been such a relief. Would not hesitate to recommend :-)
