Mountjoy

That's a lot of 5 stars for this company when the actual comments on indeed and here are so poor, so I had a look and it's very INTERESTING that Neil Tidy, Simon Podest and Harry Butler are all employees at Mountjoy. Very interesting.

Not fit for purpose. Cancel appointments without telling you or they just don’t turn up. They do turn up and the jobs are done to a terrible standards I don’t think you can say they are professional by many standards. Why the council use them I don’t know!!

I've got to say I haven't always been very impressed in the past at the workmanship I've received from them, however I've needed a couple jobs recently and both Mark(chippy) and Spencer(glazier) were superb.,very polite, professional and helpful. Also the two points of contact on the phone were very good. We'll done guys keep up the good work. 🤗

You really don't get No joy from Mountjoy. It's the only toilet we have in the property its leaking badly everytime we flush it so it cant be used...it's Thursday today told me they can come Monday to fix it. Said its no good to us.. so MJ said someone will be out today still waiting at 17.35 :( update... Had to call an emergency plumber to make usable. Called Mountjoy again Friday morning and told them I had to call plumber out as no one arrived. They sent a man that afternoon and he fixed it!

Terrible incompetent company. Why do Fareham Borough Council use them? Total waste of money. On top of which, I felt treated with total indifference as a tenant of the house they were supposed to be working on. After 3 times assessing the job to be done they can't even decide whether to work off ladders or a tower let alone do the work required.
