Not sure why there are no checkouts open on a Thursday night after 7 twice we had this problem . Then give a voucher for 10 pndsoff 100. We spent lower by 10 er. Outrageous . Cafe staff very helpful and friendly. I'll be back for the rest and coffee but that's as far as it goes .no more shopping till staff are on tills . 🤔

No staff cleared them during the visit. The dining area looked untidy and uninviting. The coffee machines sat empty during part of the visit. Customers waited while staff refilled them. A basic service point in a café should never run dry. The overall atmosphere feels tired. The space lacks care and attention. The self service system adds frustration rather than speed. Morrisons cafés built their reputation on simple counter service and friendly staff. Replacing that with order screens damaged the experience and removed the welcoming feel many customers valued. Morrisons Stirling needs urgent attention. Cleaner tables, reliable coffee stations, and staffed ordering would improve the situation immediately. At present the café fails to deliver the standard expected from a major supermarket brand.

Good shopping experience. Staff helpful. Cafe is okay, but short staffed. Obviously, I cannot comment on Ladies toilet but I certainly can comment of the Gents.....totally disgusting! It's been that way for years!

Morrisons Stirling cafe is normally very good but it had big hygiene issues this week. I was in twice, and the first time, one male server smelled so badly of BO that I had to move away while he restocked the cutlery station. The 2nd time I was in, a female cafe worker reeked of BO and I had to hold my breath walking past. Also, there was a long blonde hair embedded in my battered fish which I discovered while eating it!! This is unbelievable, totally avoidable and entirely unacceptable in a restaurant. Please, cafe manager, take more control of your staff! Thank you!!

We buy from here regularly, the only thing I will say that's negative is that their fruit and veg does not stay fresh for very long so I avoid buying that here. Everything else, including meat is brilliant.
