Am gonna have to give 1 star as the Security Guard in Aldi Ramsgate 6/6/25 @ 3:40PM stepped straight in front of me blocking my exit, gestured at my shopping and said "have you paid for that?'. I told him I have he then asked to see the receipt to which I told him that I selected No when asked if I wanted a receipt. He then got I personally feel intimidating and would not move out of my way. Dear Mitie surely you should not require schooling in customer services but here goes.....'excuse me sir could I please have a moment of your time....." would be the correct approach. Maybe take this rude Mall Cop and give him the correct training!
