I can’t recommend Brenda and Connor at OnPoint Training highly enough! From the moment the course started, they created an atmosphere that was professional, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable. The Door Supervisor course could have been a long, dry few days, but they made every session interactive, full of real-life examples, and even had us laughing along the way. Their knowledge and experience were obvious, but what really stood out was how approachable and supportive they both were. I recently completed my Security Refresher course and had a great experience. The trainer Brenda was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything clearly, making even the more complex topics easy to understand. The course was well organised, interactive, and relevant to real-life situations in the security industry. I left feeling much more confident in my knowledge and prepared for my role. I would highly recommend this course to anyone needing to renew their SIA training.

It has been awesome experience in the last 6 days. The lecture content are well spread out to sustain attention while giving no room for boredom, The Admn office was topnotch attending to issues and replying to mails promptly. The exams, though tempting most of the time, were a reflection of the need to only produce tested and trusted Door Supervisors. The high point was the professionalism of the instructor who passionately switched from lecturing to practicals. I will recommend that Onnpoint preserves the current standard while investing in laboratory and field researches to remain at the cutting edge.
