Nicholas Humphreys Canterbury

Overall, I had a great experience renting this room. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and professional. Rio was very helpful throughout the process—he showed me the room, answered all my questions, and made everything easy to understand. The room was exactly as described, and I was satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.

Had a good experience with Nicholas Humphreys Canterbury. The team has been very helpful, professional and understanding throughout the whole process. There were some last-minute issues with my guarantor service which delayed my tenancy, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to move in before the weekend. The Nicholas Humphreys team were very helpful and did their best to get everything finalised for me just before closing time. A special thanks to Josh for helping me from the viewing and reservation of the flat through to the tenancy process. Really appreciate the team’s support and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

These agents have supported me so well and have been so accommodating throughout the rental agreement period. They really have gone above and beyond to support my needs and requirements and nothing seems to much for them. Highly reccomend!!!!

Loved the experience it was wonderful. Everyone got everything moving along very quickly and on time despite the short notice of my application. Rio and Emma where exceptional

I have been working with Sam, Emma and the team for many years at Nicholas Humphrey’s in Canterbury as a landlord. They are always so organised and efficient when renting out, from conducting viewings, all the paperwork and collecting deposits and guarantees. Everything is seamless and I don’t need to do a thing. They’re always at the end of an email with any queries I have especially with the new legislation. A fantastic business and a faultless team!
