Caxtons Property Consultants

Excellent experience. Had an admin issue that needed dealing with and Duncan was absolutely fantastic and got the issue resolved immediately. Throughout my tenancy with Caxtons, any issues with my rental property was dealt with super quickly. Would absolutely use them again!!

My honest review to help graduate students looking for a safe, clean and nice place, it all starts with contacting the correct team to feel secure and happy at the end. Thank you, everyone, at Caxtons, for helping me make the moving-in process smooth. I particularly appreciate dear Gemma, who helped me find the best place to stay in the quickest way possible and has been with me when I have a question in my mind and has been involved in all the process from showing the best available places for me till moving in and later checking how I am getting on. I also want to thank Chelsea for helping the paperwork get done on the due date of my move-in. Dear Samantha's lovely approach made me feel I am in the correct place. Thank you so much, all!

Every thing you would hope from an estate agents, sadly this isn’t common! Alison has been: • Professional, • Personable, • Prompt with communication, • A top Asset to Caxtons. Thank you very much.

I’ve been a tenant in one of Caxtons’ managed properties for a while now, and I’ve had a genuinely great experience. From the start, the team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Any maintenance issues I reported were handled quickly and efficiently, and communication has always been clear and courteous. What really stood out to me is how approachable and helpful the staff are – whether it was during the moving-in process or throughout my tenancy, they’ve always made things straightforward and stress-free. It's reassuring to rent through an agency that treats tenants with respect and takes pride in maintaining their properties well. I’d happily recommend Caxtons to anyone looking to rent in the area – they’ve made my renting experience smooth and enjoyable.

I am trying to get hold of them. I have called about 10 times. Every time I call them they say someone will call me back nobody I’m very serious to rent a site from them and I feel sorry for the landlord whenever who is renting through them They are absolutely nightmare I’ve been left with no option Just to Find out myself who the landlord is through my contacts I don’t know about the houses but commercial site I’ve been trying to arrange a viewing for a Wincheap site they’ve got Also Brodoak Road in Canterbury Every time they tell me someone will call me back Even if they call and say it’s not for you That is all Nightmare, absolutely nightmare
