Millbrook Property Services

This business is a potential threat to life, and ought not to be supported. The way that I was treated is also the way that your loved ones might be treated. Details below. At 9.25am on 17 August 2026, I was cycling west from Didcot towards Harwell. A Millbrook Services van was following me. An overtake would have been unsafe due to a pedestrian crossing and also oncoming traffic, so I rode in centre of the lane (see Highway Code rule 72(1)). As soon as it was safe to overtake, I dropped in to allow the driver to do so (see rule 72(2)). The driver then had a huge width of road available for a safe overtake (see rule 163), but instead chose to pass as close to me as possible, while accelerating. This can only be explained as deliberate attempt to "punish" me for having added a few seconds to his journey by riding in accordance with the Highway Code rather than allowing him to squeeze through dangerously when there was oncoming traffic. He passed me so close as to cause a significant risk of collision, which could have caused me serious injury or worse. If I had been using my camera at the time, then he would now be looking at at least six penalty points on his licence if not more.

Steven has done a fantastic job on my windows today! Very friendly and great service! Will definitely be using Millbrook again! Thank you! My windows look great!

Would highly recommend. I have just moved to the Oxford area and was looking for a window cleaner. After a recommendation and also sending numerous requests to other companies with no response. I contacted Millbrook Property Services and received an instant response! The lovely Steven arrived to provided a quote and was available to start work straight away (amazing)! Our super dirty windows are now gleaming. Thank you! I would also like to add that we have a lockdown puppy that is very nervous around new people and the fact that Steven spent time to say hello and make sure he was aware of him before he started work was a massive tick from me!

John and his colleague came to clean my first floor windows and front door. Professional and efficient. Will recommend and use them again. Thank you.

We had our carpets cleaned for the end of our tenancy at our rented property. We left a little last minute but Millbrook were very flexible and fitted in with rest of our house cleaning. The carpets came up brilliantly with stains removed. Great service. Highly recommended.
