BeClean Oxford LTD

I have been a customer for several years and have had a mostly positive experience however, this has changed recently and the customer service has been truly atrocious. Cleaners were no shows on 2 consecutive occassions which have been paid for and have had no contact from the company. Have tried to reach out via email, landline, mobile, and WhatsApp a collective 32 times and no response at all. I just want my property back and a refund. Avoid at all costs.

We are really pleased with the cleaning done by Fabijana and Mitke! They do a deep clean every 2 weeks and really make the house sparkle! They also help with clothes washing, ironing and other cleaning jobs. Thank you so so much.

Our cleaning duo are friendly, and thorough and lovely to chat to. They Wizz around get clean as much as they can and still have time to give our five cats a stroke, if they stick around when the hoover is on. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of using a cleaning team. Thanks Navy & Lubo for all your hardwork.

Be Clean have really helped me keep my home tidy since becoming a family of five. Thank you Petar and Dobrinka for always being amazing and responding to our specific needs.

The cleaners are always very professional, efficient and leave my house sparkling! Have been using Be Clean for several years. Very pleased.
