MHBP Properties Ltd.

Since Martin has been in contacted with me it has been nothing but a smooth transition from one agency to another. I was looking for someone who has constant communication, delivers on time and action what is agreed. Could have not done it any better. Really highly recommended. Martin has been there through every step off the way and at all times making sure his clients were comfortable and happy due to past bad experiences with other agency’s company.

Just wanted to express, how amazed I was when dealing with this company. From the very first call, to getting tenants and all details signed sealed and delivered. Martin and his company, have worked over and beyond my expectations. I wish to thank you for all the hard work you have done for me, and a wonderful happy new year. Keep up the great service. Within only a week MHBP found good tenants for my rental in Rotherham and I feel reassured that the flat will be very well managed. Lead person Martin is very professional, personable, and an excellent communicator plus MHBP's fees are more accessible than other companies. Highly recommend!!

Excellent management service, takes care of all aspects of the rental. Incedibly proffessional and diligent in everything from tennant on boarding to regular maintenance. Highly recommend.
