I've been renting a property through this agency since 2024, and now I'm moving into another property with them. My experience has been excellent from the very beginning. Vegas has been amazing throughout the entire process. She has always been kind, patient, and happy to answer every question I had, making everything smooth and stress-free. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about their tenants and provide outstanding customer service. This is by far the best letting agency I have ever dealt with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency. Thank you to Vegas and the whole team for making everything so easy!

I had a really positive experience with this agency while finding my new home. The whole process was smooth and well-organised, and the team was consistently helpful and responsive throughout. They made what is usually a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Communication was clear, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. Overall, a reliable and efficient service and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

I have had such an incredibly positive experience with 247 properties! I took a property, which unbeknownst to myself or the agency (i can not stress that enough), that was not an appropriate living situation for me and my daughter. The following day, I contacted the agency and informed them. The amount of sympathy and support I recieved was incredible. Vegas worked around the clock, with the full support of Harley, to swap me into a lovely new place which I move into shortly! The communication has been incredible, at this point I think I've probably been Vegas' full time job 😅🤣 but shes never complained and ALWAYS got back to me and been on the other end of the phone when I've needed her. The way she's fought my corner....there are truly no words that would be great enough! But thank you guys so so much! ❤️ highly recommend this company and i have done so to friends of mine!

The Team at 247 are amazing. I always get good honest guidance from them and trust them with my properties. The go to shop for headache free letting! Thanks for your efforts team 247 over the years!
