Metrolets Edinburgh

My family had a really good experience securing an excellent apartment through metro realtors, agent helped us a lot to get the property. when we are coming to property with all luggage train got delayed 6 hrs , and we reached in flat at midnight , agent still turned up and gave you keys and explained how everything works..! 100% recommended..! Thanks to Metrolets 😊

I had a truly terrible experience with this company/Agent mohammad that I feel compelled to share. From the beginning, communication was frustrating. Our agent relentlessly pressured us about our deposit, bombarding us with messages ten days before the rent was due. It felt like mental torture, as we were constantly on edge. To make matters worse, it became clear that the agent was scamming other students by demanding extra rent without the homeowner's knowledge. This behavior is not only unethical but deeply concerning, especially in a community of vulnerable renters. Throughout our interactions, the agent was incredibly rude, showing no respect or understanding of our situation. It’s disheartening to deal with someone who lacks professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly advise anyone considering this estate company to think twice. There are plenty of better options out there. Save yourself the stress and find an agent who values their clients.

I am feeling very disappointed and harassed because they didn't refunded my full deposit amount, also they didn't deposit my money in safe deposit account. Please be aware before getting any service from them, otherwise you will lost your hard earned money. Also my kids facing health issues just because their negligence in repairing and maintenance of property.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are nothing but a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers. Right from the beginning, they demanded payment upfront before even allowing me to see any properties. Once they had my money, they conveniently disappeared, making themselves impossible to reach and ignoring all of my attempts to contact them. It's evident that they have no interest in providing any sort of service . Save yourself the headache and avoid this scam company like the plague.

Had a great experience with Metrolets so far. My agent Hashir has been super responsive especially when we first moved in which made the process super easy and stress free. Highly recommended.
