Merton Group UK Ltd

Called in to Merton today at their head office, went to reception, all I wanted to purchase then and there was 3 toilet roll holders and 2 big boxes of loo roll, was told by a lady that I couldn't do that, and it all had to be on their website, I went to the website, so hard to navigate and even find the toilet roll holders as well as loo roll, these are going into a community centre so further business would have come from this very miner sale. So instead I found straight the way what I needed on Google, bought and paid for and is now on its way. Its a shame that Mr Merton ( if there is one) didn't come to reception because I'm sure he wouldn't have let a potential new client walk away, ho hum

Professional, efficient help and product support, I'd highly recommend. Always communicate any updates or innovations and it's a pleasure to deal with the staff. Thank you!
