The company is extremely professional in its study, diagnosis, communication, application and execution. I am very happy to recommend them. I can’t speak highly enough of my point of contact Lirian who was very thorough as well as highly efficient in all his undertakings. His communication skills are excellent and he follows through on everything he suggests (a rare commodity these days). Through his efforts he made a very stressful experience manageable and produced the sought-after solution (which was not straight forward). Also the company’s charges are reasonable for the quality of service offered. So hence why this review is so positive across the board. Lirian also adds that personal touch which helps underpin and move the whole process forward.

We had ongoing and severe problems with rats scratching in our walls. How they were getting in was a mystery. A previous pest control company just put baits outside and achieved nothing. The reviews for Mercury Pest Control suggested it could provide a solution. And so it proved: proprietor Lirian phoned me, talked through the potential entry points and how he would approach the problem. His analysis was correct, and demonstrated clearly by his CCTV inspection: rats were coming from the street sewer into our drains and then up into an internal drain before chewing out into a wall space. Lirian put one-way restrictors into the main pipe from the street and two beside our house and baits into the drain man holes. So when the rats left the house and took the bait they couldn’t get back in. Within two days we heard no further activity and a month on there’s still none. Lirian also blocked up any gaps around our walls to prevent possible future ingress that way. His knowledge of rats and their ways has been a revelation. All the way through, dealing with Mercury has been efficient and pleasant. I thoroughly recommend Mercury.

I contacted mercury pest control a few weeks a great as I saw rats coming into my garden. The were very efficient and quick to act. They came over the next day and spent time looking for all the entry points so that they could be as effective as possible. They took there time and did not rush like other companies. They clearly explained the process and after 3 visits the rat problem had gone away. They then proofed all the entry points so that it would be harder for them to try this again.
