MCD Security Herts

We have now had our security system fitted for a year and have been so impressed by the service that Haroon and his team have provided. They were so helpful and courteous from device selection to installment and beyond. Haroon provided confident advice and options to suit our budget without compromising on security. We would highly recommend MCD and the professional team - thanks for everything.

Fantastic service, from start to finish and to-date....very professional, highest level of customer care. Nothing was an issue for the MCD guys - simply can't fault them! After care is second to none, the on-going support and service is 5 star - thank you for an excellent job. Having access to the security website whilst away from home is just brilliant! We feel totally safe & secure in my home. Your the BEST! We've had our CCTV system for over 2 years now...- the support has been amazing - nothing is too much..having an extension early next year, will definitely be calling MCD guys!

We contacted MCD to support us with a newly installed Pyronix alarm system. Haroon was excellent in supporting us with how to use the app, sorting log ins and we have a maintenance plan with MCD which includes a yearly check of our systems. This gives us huge peace of mind. As well as this, MCD recently installed security cameras both quickly and professionally, ensuring we had access to our footage and appropriate information from apps etc. Haroon is only a text away and has been generous in terms of responses to rather basic questions on our part. Highly recommend MCD security and very relieved to have them on hand.

Great service. Haroon, our engineer, was very professional, easy to communicate with, who stuck to our agreed booking time and date. He did a through job inspecting the entry phone, replaced the unit and ensured all was in good working order quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Looking to upgrade our alarm system so called MCD Security. Haroon visited and gave some informed advise as to what we needed and a competitive quote. Great installation and talked us through all the settings and options available. We had a slight problem with one of the setting configurations and he had one of his team out within 10 mins. Can’t ask for more than that. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MCD security for your alarm system.
