Lle Cyfyngedig

I stayed with lle cyfyngedig for two years when I first came to the UK as a student, and they were honestly amazing! The team was always super friendly and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The flats are right in the city centre, so it was really easy to get to my university, shops, and everything else I needed. The landlord was very kind and made sure everything was well taken care of. I had such a good experience living with lle cyfyngedig and would definitely recommend them to any student moving to the UK!

I have been renting Lle Cyfyngedig properties since 2016 (2016-2018, 2018 - 2025) and I could not recommend them enough - very reliable family run company that encompasses and promotes the authentic Welsh culture, an aspect that mattered a lot to me. Everyone in the office is fair and respectful, always joyful when crossing paths. They’ve helped me in so many instances over the years and although I’ve also assisted when needed, I couldn’t thank them enough for how they’ve treated me. They appreciate transparency and they always accommodate when possible - but for that it takes mutual consideration 😊 I’ve been living in Bangor since 2012 and I have rented from other landlords too - however, renting from Lle Cyfyngedig for over 9 years speaks volumes in itself.

Excellent customer service from this company. Would highly recommend their properties. They attended to a minor fault efficiently and promptly. Staff are very professional and always helpful. Can’t fault them.

Excellent service from the company, I highly recommend Lle Cyfyngedig to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy housing agent. Thank you.
