Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents

The staff at Dafydd Hardy made the experience of selling my late mother's house very easy for me. Each step of the process was explained in detail, and any questions I had were answered clearly. They also gave me good advice for anything I was not sure about. After each viewing, they provided me with feedback via email and a phone call to discuss in more detail. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff that helped me.

Ela Jones at Dafydd Hardy Bangor made buying my first home so much easier than I expected. As a first-time buyer I had lots of questions and felt unsure at first, but Ela was patient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. She really understood what I wanted, guided me clearly through every step, kept me regularly updated, and always replied quickly. She explained everything simply and never made me feel rushed. Ela is professional, friendly and genuine – I always felt in safe hands. I’d highly recommend her, especially to other first-time buyers. Thank you again, Jamie Roberts

We approached Dafydd Hardy for the purchase of our home and had a very positive experience. Our estate agent, Ela Jones, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated her patience, guidance, and dedication. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field, and she made everything much easier for us to understand. She was always ready to help with a smile, no matter how many times we called. The team kept us regularly updated and ensured the entire process was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We would highly recommend Dafydd Hardy to anyone looking to purchase a property.

My experience with Dafydd Hardy and particularly my estate agent - Ela Jones was really positive. I felt Ela and the team were amazing at reassuring me and looking into things when needed. I felt that I was always kept in the loop and communicated with and I know that they did everything they could to sort things when they went a bit haywire (not due to the estate agents). Despite me calling and emailing multiple times a week, Ela and the team remained patient, friendly and polite with me which helped to ease my concerns. I could not recommend the estate agents more and particularly Ela!

Excellent service from Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents throughout the buying process. Special thanks to Erin for all her help and support — she was always responsive, friendly, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommended!
