Knockmany Property

I rented with Knockmany Property for 2 years and they were excellent to deal with. Everything ran smoothly the whole time, and if something needed fixing it was handled fast and without any hassle. Brian was always friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent from them again!

Conned out of £400 and a poor experience with Brian Cullen. We had a house viewing and Brian received an £100 holding fee/deposit from each of us and never stated it was non refundable on email or in person, but claims he did which is false. Now my friends and I have lost £100, and especially as I am unemployed I am finding it hard to eat. He even expected a further £450 right before Christmas to hold a house for next year even though I'm currently using my loan to pay for my accomodation. Alongside this, reviews for Cullen Property Services but meant for Brian Cullen have detailed their experiences with Brian saying that "the house was left in good condition, but he kept our deposit" and that he "spied on them all the time". He clearly has no respect for students and we can't expect to get our Christmas money back any time soon.

Excellent services provided, second to none. Knockmany Property have catered for each and every need me and my housemates had no matter how small or inconvenient they were always a phone call away and our matter would be dealt with. Ideal for students with several houses within walking distance of the Magee campus or North West regional college. Brian was one of the most trustworthy and reliable individuals I have ever dealt with, personally going out of his way to ensure the well-being and safety of his tenants. Excellent services provided cannot recommend them enough!

I have used Brian now both for my personal work and business work since 2003 and I can honestly say he's the best maintenance company I've ever used. His skill, workmanship and attention to detail was second to none not to mention just how tidy he is. He help transform the front of my reception area Into the vision I had and made my reception area from scratch. I couldnt recommend him enough.

I rented a house of Knockmany Property Service for past three years. They The houses were all maintained, never had any problems with them. Excellent location to University, town centre and railway. Would highly recommend
