I am and have been a tenant of Property Link for over 5 years. My experience has been that Property Link is an extremely professional and efficient company in respect of all dealings with regards to my tenancy. This translates across the board from my tenancy sign up, to the issuing of online annual tenancy agreements and reporting and responsiveness to repairs. More recently my property went up for sale and Property Link pulled out all the stops to complete the sale with my tenancy assured. All of the staff that I have been in contact with from reception, to contracts, to repairs, to property sales have been friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and great to deal with and I would strongly recommend Property Link to any prospective tenants or property owners.

Property link were professional and friendly throughout my tenancy. Helping me with any issue I had through my time at the property. Response times were always quick and on more than one occasion they went out of their way to help. Would recommend to anyone thinking of renting in Derry. Very fair with deposits too. Livvy answered the phone this morning and dealt with all the questions I had about a number of properties in a very informative and friendly manner, and went that extra mile by contacting other members of staff if she did not have the answer directly herself - amazing service! --- Also Sophie is another customer service attendee, and she is amazing - answered all my Qs and went that little extra mile to explain things in detail - no Q was too much! Awesome staff.

Very good customer service. If a problem is well exposed the team is very efficient when it comes to solve it. Got a few problems myself with appliances and everything has been solved within 2 days. Also very helpful and understanding when it came to the flat hunt, the letting agent was ready to go the extra mile to meet my need. In general the team is very helpful and understanding. Always keen to satisfy and help the tenants in the different steps of the lease. Application form, rent, notice and repairs. It was good to know I could rely on the agency whenever I needed them. Was a tenant for a year and definitely had a flawless time in my flat. Would definitely recommend Property Link. 👍🏻
