Over forty years we have owned and lived in 6 houses. Each was seriously renovated by us at one time or another. You've all heard the stories of contractors; none are perfect. Some are bad. Others are incompetent, or worse, criminal. Even the good ones will often slow-walk your project as they flit from one house to another. We are very happy to place Paul of BT Home Repairs at the top of our list of contractors we have known. He is capable and talented. More than that, you can trust him to watch out for your interests. For example, we were out of town when he was changing out our family bathroom. One day I asked how it was going and he said that he sent back a concealed cistern that was delivered because the shape of the flush buttons did not match what was in our en suite. Some would have just installed it. Another time there was a small leak in the new radiator. i texted him on a Saturday and I said that I could put a towel under the drip so he could wait until Monday. No. He showed up Saturday night and made it right. Finally, when he and his brother or son are working together, they often sing. Not Karaoke loud, but just enough that it makes everyone happy. I would hire him again with no hesitation.

Very good work. Done with a lot of care to detail. Very friendly people and work was done very well and on time. Would definitely go back to them for future work on the house!
