North West Pest Control Ltd

From the get go Patricia was amazing responding to my queries and providing a lot of reassurance I needed. She managed to get me a emergency appointment on good Friday to ease my worries before the Easter break which was such a relief. Dermot who then took care of my case was so supportive and informative throughout the process and I am so happy with the service and would recommend to anyone who needed this work done. Thank you again.

They removed a wasps nest for me. They were very quick. All within 2 hrs of me contacting them; a time was organised, a team member arrived, and the nest was removed. The price was very reasonable, and they are flexible on the payment method. Finally, all communication with them was very pleasant. They were quick to respond to my whatsapp messages, and the team member who removed the nest answered any and all questions and gave some sound advice. Will use them again in the future and would highly recommend.

If you've got a Pest, just send for the Best! I genuinely cannot thank Patricia and team enough for their help over these last few months and going forward. Having a holiday home that closes for the winter brings its own set of worries with "unwelcome" visitors top of the list. I've seen the devastation these pests can cause and the worry on the site was that evidence had been found of their presence. I wouldn't have a clue where to start but Patricia was immediately on the ball with solid and practical advice and tips to keep them at bay. Michael promptly followed up with a visit to the van, checking every nook and cranny thoroughly and laid some discreet, preventative measures thus giving us immense peace of mind. This kind of expertise, and customer care, is very hard to come by and I am very grateful for all they've done. As Hallmark's old motto used to say "When you care enough, you send the best..." Thank you again, stars the lot of you.

Use their services multiple times for wasp nests! Top quality service, quick response and always takes care of the issue! Highly recommend
