A warning to subcontractors. David decided not to pay my final invoice (approx £1700). I tried debt collection etc to no avail. I am having a meeting with the customer (that the invoice related to) next week. I am planning to run through all the issues with the underfloor heating system due to the subfloor structure being incorrect.
