Absolutely amazing service! The blonde woman inside the shop was incredibly fast, kind, and so helpful. I needed my dress urgently for tomorrow, and she managed to iron it perfectly in just about an hour. The result was flawless, the dress looks perfect, and she truly saved my holiday. I’m so grateful for her availability and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I brought my A-line brocade wedding dress in to be cleaned 2 weeks after my wedding, which has quite a long train. The train was filthy after walking around Edinburgh, and I didn't think it could be lifted, especially with the 2 week delay. The staff at Johnsons were incredibly helpful and honest about what they may be able to achieve. I have picked up the dress today and it is spotless, there isn't a stain left on the dress. I am so so grateful to have my wedding dress restored, thank you!

Natasha was extremely helpful and managed to get something cleaned and ready for me the next day when I’d left it cleaning the item to the last minute. I visit quite regularly and the rest of the staff are also friendly and really helpful- bonus points for the fuss they always make of my dog (he loves his visits and treats!). Plus they also do a good job of cleaning my garments- wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I became increasingly fed up with my local dry cleaner and so took a chance on Johnsons, even though it’s further from my home - and now I’ll never go anywhere else. What an incredible experience. I took in my duvet for a spring clean and Angela cleaned it on the same day. She’s done a brilliant job - I now have an immaculate, fluffy duvet. And the customer service from Angela was just outstanding, with a text to tell me it was ready for collection and a lovely, friendly and professional style. Thank you, Angela - you’ve earned a loyal customer!

Dropped off a suit on Wednesday and was advised it would be ready by Saturday. I actually needed it before then so just resigned myself to not having it, however, was delighted to get a message on Thursday telling me it was ready for collection early. I appreciate the speedy service, thank you!
