Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I brought in a beige trench coat for cleaning and collected it to find that it had been returned with visible pink discolouration marks across the fabric. What made the experience more frustrating was that when I arrived to collect it, I was told the coat was not ready, despite previously being told it would be ready by Friday. I had already driven around 20–25 minutes each way, and was asked to come back in an hour, meaning additional waiting and wasted time. When I finally received the coat, I was shocked to see the condition it had been returned in. The staff member was trying to tell me that is the fabric fault and that they previous had an experience like this with coats from Masimo Dutti. I told her that I previous taken the coat to dry cleaner and it was perfect. It is only now that, whatever they used on the coat had made my coat with visible pink marks. I needed this coat for next week and now unfortunately I am left without a coat. To their credit, a staff member mentioned that the office would contact me regarding compensation, so I am currently waiting to see how the business resolves the issue. I am leaving this review based on my experience so far and will update it depending on how the situation is handled. So far, I won't recommend this business.

We were traveling to Edi for our wedding and needed a last minute cleaning. They were able to do my dress, veil, and my husband's shirt the same day! They were quick and affordable and did great work. They saved us from wrinkly wedding photos. :) VERY grateful to the kind staff!

I took a Wedding dress and mother of bride dress in and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The wedding dress was badly soiled along the bottom and it looks like new again. Both ready before they said they would be. Cannot recommend them enough.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and it looks like new! I was very sceptical as I had left it a long time after my wedding (over a year), and the stains were quite bad. I wasn't expecting it to look like it once did, but I was honestly shocked when I picked it up - it looked like it did when I wore it on my wedding day. It was stain-free and handled with such care. I'm so impressed with the service, and I'd absolutely return if other clothes need dry cleaned. Thank you so much!

I brought a wedding dress in here that I had bought in a charity shop in the hope I could wear it for my wedding day if it turned out well. The dress came up beautifully and looks brand new and I’ll be wearing it in 3 months. Thoroughly recommend this dry cleaners!
