The job will take 1 week. Steven started the bathroom job then doesn't come back for 2 weeks. Starts again then off to buy plyboard doesn't comeback again for a week. Ovbs no organisation skills snd incompotent. No contact!! Avoid

We used this company for business services and unfortunately experienced a significant delay in receiving payment for work completed. We had to make repeated enquiries and make two visits to the business premises regarding the outstanding matter, resulting in additional time and costs for our company. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

I paid £6,232 for a hot tub on 16 May 2026 after visiting the showroom and meeting the owner Steve Campbell. I was told delivery within 10 days hot tub has never been delivered. I was refused a refund. Please do not be swayed by the showroom. Update 24/07/2026 - we received the hot tub today, but are still missing the upgraded 3kw heater, the lid lifter and steps which were all paid for (approx value £500) and at this current time not received. As of 11/09/2026 we have still not received the items paid for despite several messages from Steve Campbell assuring us we would receive the goods.

While I was initially happy with the installation, a few problems presented themselves around two and four months after completion and after a number of requests to get someone back to look at and rectify the problems, it became obvious that they did not care at all. They had my money and were not at all interested in my problems. I will never use this company again (now known as Porcelanosa) and would recommend others to steer clear of them as well. I am happy to report that since my review, the company has contacted me and sent a representative to look at the two problems I was concerned about. The first was a pre-existing problem that had nothing to do with my new installation and the second has been attended to temporarily until a more permanent solution can be found in the New Year. After all the hassle, it would appear that this company does indeed have their customer's interests at heart.

We were looking at replacement sinks, and went to most the kitchen places in Inverness to see what was on offer. Most were quite dismissive when they realised we were not about to have a 20k re-fit, and just gave us catalogues to look at. Apart from JBN. They could not have been more helpful
