Big bright store with lots of different things to appeal to most people. Friendly staff that listen and assist with great customer service. Has a cafe in the store also. Could spend a small fortune in the store as lots appeal to the eye. Store was clean, bright, welcoming and had a nice aroma unlike most stores I go to. Great first ever visit to this store.

I went to return a dog harness and get an exchange after the buckle broke within 3 weeks, I was helped by Tom who was extremely helpful and curtios and allowed me to exchange the goods with no hassle. Great Customer care, great understanding and we need more like Tom. Nice one Mark imverness

I like this shop, it's got everything you need or want in it, but the only thing is that they don't have enough staff on the tills as the ques can be horrendous, that's the only down fall I have with this.

I'm a wheelchair user, the store was easy to move about. Lots of Stuff in here. The cashier was polite and friendly, they offered to help take our purchases to our car. We stopped in to check out the cafè, it was quite pleasant. There is a clean and easily accessible toilet in store too.
