B&Q Inverness

Went in to pick up some timber from the builders yard at the back of the store but needed to use the facilities first. They were locked so unable to use. Went to the builders yard expecting to find a suitable trolley but there weren't any. A member of staff told me I would have to go back to the entrance to get one, but didn't offer any assistance despite me limping with a bad leg. I left the store without a purchase and will find a better store in future.

A good selection of products and plants. Staff are helpful. Prices a little above average. Plenty parking.

What an experience! The customer service is exceptional and that's one of the major highlights. It's quite busy here on weekends. It was my first time visiting a B&Q and it went extremely well. I found all the DIY items I came looking for and we also bought some extra items from here.

It's got everything you want for DIY, but you will walk a lot of steps finding it. Garden centre is well stocked, especially for flowers that are already out, a bit short of shrubs though.

Simple and straightforward, store is clean and well stocked. Only issue is sometimes finding items, and some items are very over priced. but as stated well stocked.
