Independent Property Services (IPS)

I strongly recommend this agency Martin Bird is a highly professional and reliable person. We entrusted ourselves to them having just moved from Italy and were obviously inexperienced in the practices and methods of renting a house and I must say that they supported us in everything from start to finish by offering us what was the best solution for us. We then rented a second house with them and in this case too they were perfect. In conclusion, if you are looking for a house for rent or for sale, rely on IPS, they are the best.

I had a really great experience with this rental agency from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when renting. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The property was exactly as described, and the move-in process was smooth and well-organized. I’d definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience.

I’ve used IPS for both a property sale and they have also taken over the management of my fathers rental property. Neil and Martin really provide an excellent service both in supporting a sale and finding a tenant and management a property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had a really solid experience with IPS. From the beginning, the team was easy to deal with professional, polite, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Neil was very helpful. He was detailed, calm, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained things clearly and took the time to walk me through each step, which made our experience a lot less stressful. The whole team kept things consistent and handled everything with care. I genuinely appreciated their help and would definitely point others in their direction.

I recently dealt with Neil locke and the team at IPS in Chelmsford and I must say, they were incredibly professional from start to finish. The sales department, in particular, was outstanding. They valued my home accurately without overpricing, which is a refreshing change from many other agents. The sale went quickly and smoothly, with constant check-ins and guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend IPS; they are definitely a cut above the rest!
