Been renting with ILP for about a year now. So far, no issues at all. Agents are very approachable by phone. Clear and transparent communications for any house maintenance service or cleaning (very respectful in terms of tenants’ privacy). Recommended.

Ideal location is highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to rent. They ensure the house is well maintained and whatever needs to be fixed or replaced is done very quickly. I really did enjoy my stay here.
