Hisolution Rope Access Edinburgh LTD

Finding a Roof Repair Contractor! What a nightmare. We contacted 4 companies. Some never got back to us, some came for a survey but never sent back to us with a quote. ...and then, we found HiSolution! Surely our solution 🙂 Kris came on time during the survey and I did the entire visit with him. He took his time, and gave many advices from the cheapest to the most expensive options. All 15 owners agreed to go with them, and what a pleasure 🥰. ...and guess what? These guys use ropes to avoid additional scaffoldings. Kindness doesn't go only to Kris, but the entire team. First Phase last January, and second phase in May. All members of the Team with a different range of skills were all very polite, professional, helpful and provided videos about the situation and their daily progress. I have been assisting them during the whole process. What a journey. We miss them already, but hey best not to see you again: our roof is now good for a while! Thank you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Falcon Owners @ Morningside

From the first point of contact Hi solution were friendly and professional providing a very detailed quote with photographs attached. They were punctual and efficient and explained the process to us. There was some additional work needed which was not apparent until they were on the job. They returned within 2 days and completed the outstanding work. The quote for the work and additional repair was very reasonable. We were very satisfied with the service and would recommended them.

Hisolutions were selected to restore a communal chimney stack. They were selected after obtaining multiple quotes. The quality of information and detail explained in their quote was exemplary. We could clearly see what they intended to rectify. Their professionalism was once again very high. They were considerate about leaving the site very clean. Their repairs were carried out to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this roofing company. They are a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and professional.

We have used Hi Soultions for a several years and they have carried out a number of repairs and also repointing work for us. We also have an annual contract with them for gutter clearing and basic maintenance, which helps to prevent issues. They are always friendly and professional and provide photos to show work carried out. Joel, who answers the phone, is always extremely helpful.

HI Solutions have carried out work on our tenement roof over the past few years, and each time the service has been excellent. They provide our tenement building with an annual maintenance and that gives everyone in the tenement building peace of mind. They provide clear photos both when quoting and once the work is complete, along with a helpful report. They’re efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
