Harika Property

I had a very smooth 6-month tenancy with Harika Properties. Matthew made the move-in and move-out processes seamless and was always quick to resolve any issues that arose. His responsiveness and support made the whole experience stress-free. I’d happily recommend him and Harika Properties.

I lived in Harika’s property on Fore Street for one year, and it was an excellent experience. The property was very well maintained, with a regular cleaner and gardener ensuring everything stayed tidy and pleasant. Matthew, the property manager, was always quick and responsive to all my inquiries and requests, which made my stay smooth and worry-free. The location was convenient, the neighbourhood was friendly, and the house had a warm, homely feel. I truly enjoyed my time living there and would highly recommend Harika’s property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay.

Overall a good company! I have rented through harika for the last 2 years and their communication has been good. They have been quick to address problems on the whole and Matt has been brilliant at managing the property! Keep up the great work!

The house has been extremely beneficial for me. It’s in a safe part of Exeter. The landlord has dealt with any issues that have arisen and that has allowed me to have a smooth transition in my shared accommodation.

Matthew was incredibly helpful during my move-in process. He went above and beyond—not only welcoming me warmly but also helping carry all my belongings up to the 2nd floor, which I truly appreciated. His friendly attitude, willingness to assist, and overall professionalism made a stressful day so much easier. If you ever get the chance to work with him, you're in great hands. Thanks again, Matthew!
