Somerset Window Cleaning

Important review. Baught a house, hasn't had a clean in years I bet. These guys came and cleaned the exterior bay windows and when I came home, I could see dirt still around the edges. Perhaps it was the dirt being stubborn or looking clean from the angle they could see it from. I got in touch to say I wasn't happy and could the chap come back out to put it right = they rang me back, sent the guy back after his current job, I showed him the issue and he corrected it. This is more important than a regular 5 star review in my opinion because a business that will not only handle a complaint well, but put it right - is a company that deserves to survive. Thank you very much, our windows are ready to see out of again.

Josh arrived to clear my gutters today. He did a very good job and was very polite and friendly. I was very lucky to get them cleared so quickly after enquiring, as he was in the area doing another job. Very pleased and would definitely use him again and recommend the company . Many thanks Josh.

Really pleased with my windows. decided to have them cleaned inside & out as a one off and they now look amazing. I will definitely have them back. Thank you

Second time I have used this company. Josh came both times. Polite, helpful and hard working. Thanks for a great job.

Josh came to clean our gutters, fascias and windows for the first time last week. I found Josh to be friendly, polite and very professional. I'm so very pleased with my sparkling gutters, fascias and windows. I would definitely recommend Somerset Window Cleaning and look forward to my regular 8 weekly clean to keep my windows sparkling.
