Plymouth Property Maintenance

I engaged PPM for a full kitchen refurbishment, which is a costly undertaking, so I had lots of questions both beforehand and throughout the project. Ben showed so much patience and was incredibly helpful throughout. We had four preparation meetings before the final contract was issued, complete with full terms and conditions and a confirmed start date. These meetings even included Ben driving me to the kitchen showroom and to a quartz stone supplier. A project plan was delivered on day 1 of the works, showing exactly what was planned for each day and who was responsible for each job. The entire kitchen project was scheduled to take four weeks. Every trade was polite, tidy, pleasant and highly skilled. Everyone turned up on their allocated day, and the job was completed a day early! The finished kitchen is gorgeous, and I can’t thank Ben and the team at PPM enough for their care, patience and consideration throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PPM.

Again, I asked Ben and his team at PPM to undertake some work for me and again they delivered well above expectations, on time, with high quality and were extremely flexible when I suddenly asked them to add in a few extra tasks! I had a whole new bathroom fitted and a large section of my kitchen and it looks fabulous. PPM just take the time and effort to make sure you have all the options and information to get the job completed in the best way. Lots of suggestions, and added value. I cannot recommend them more highly. A fabulous team.

Plymouth Property Maintenance have completed a range of work for me in preparation for getting my property rental ready. Everything ranging from painting and decorating, removing old & fitting a new shower unit, varied electrical works and some outside work fixing broken guttering. Am so pleased with the work completed & would highly recommend them. Thank you PPM, I will definitely be using you again in the future.

We have just completed a painting and decorating refresh of our offices in Plymstock both externally and internally. The work carried out was of the highest standard and we'd highly recommend PPM for their professionalism and just as importantly, how they cleaned up every single day behind them. A great job on time and on budget!

Had Ben in for a Quote for a porch built & plastering work great price & workmanship a few restraints of a slight delay because of waiting for Pvc door & window to be made but other than that. Well pleased polite staff & respected our property. Highly recommended.
