GTS Security Services Ltd

We have recently started using GTS Security services for patrols and my alarm response, I had a couple quotations and GTS were one of the more competitive and local. I am pleased to say the contract was set up seamlessly, they are reliable, professional, and very presentable - the lads look the part which was reassuring. The quality of the reports are second to none and fully transparent. On the two occasions they have been called out the response time has been excellent. I suppose that’s the beauty of being a local provider, would recommend to anyone

"Exceptional service from GTS SECURITY SERVICES! I utilised the services of GTS security services this evening and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by their team. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, I received top-notch treatment. The security personnel was: - Friendly and courteous - Knowledgeable and experienced - Responsive to my needs and concerns - Efficient and effective in his work I particularly appreciate the organisation for their prompt response. I highly recommend GTS Security Service to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy security services. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is genuinely commendable.

I’ve just watched an interaction with a GTS ‘security guard’ and a member of the public and was flabbergasted at the guard’s unprofessionalism. Using his phone to take a picture of the member of publics face and refusing to tell the public person how to get a copy and laughing. I would never use this company now.

We use GTS for keyholding. It was quick and easy to set up, great value and efficient and friendly service.
