And on the few occasions that we have needed a call out service they have been prompt and efficient. Anyone looking for a good local reliably company should contact Wilson Alarms and give them a try. Wilsons took over my alarm maintenance 2 years ago from a previous supplier (AlarmCall). I’ve been really impressed with both the office staff (eg booking appointments, payment queries etc) and the engineers that come around to do the maintenance. The engineers seem knowledgeable and are genuinely polite.

I would like to appreciate Michael for the excellent service he provided during the annual CCTV servicing at my home. He was highly professional, punctual, and carried out the work with great attention to detail. What stood out the most was his outstanding customer service and the way he patiently attended to all our requirements and concerns. Michael also took the time to clearly explain the system, the maintenance performed, and provided helpful guidance on how to use and maintain the CCTV setup effectively. His friendly attitude, technical knowledge, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Michael, for the amazing work and exceptional support. Your dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated.

A new engineer came out to us, Michael. He was extremely helpful in re setting the app on a new mobile, to pair with the alarm, very professional, polite, a pleasure to deal with.
