Graduation Properties Limited

Graduation Properties finds my tenants after which I manage the property. Brett is on the ball and good at keeping in touch. He always updates me as needs be and quickly. I am not left wondering what's going on. I look to Brett for his impartial opinion on my property and his views in the current lettings market. I am happy to recommend Brett and Graduation Properties.

This is an impressive company. We were lucky to come across Graduation Properties as they had renovated and let a student property next to ours. They have since completely updated one of our properties, which was let with zero hassle before it was finished. It's already been let for next year. If you want a premium service, while knowing that the students are being looked after with great communication, action and follow up, this is the company to contact.

Genuinely experts in their field, I have worked with Jeremy & Graduation Properties since 2015. Their depth of knowledge helps secure the right tenants for the right property, at the right rents. I've seen first hand their project management skills on renovations to help maximise property values, offering the end to end solution from refurb through to rental and ongoing property management.

Really happy with Graduation Properties so far. Brett has been really helpful and set up a group chat for our house which has made it really easy to report any problems. He also gave us all the information we needed before moving in and the house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The house itself is really nice and we haven’t had any issues with it. The only thing that would’ve been helpful as first-time renters would’ve been a bit more guidance with setting up bills and getting parking permits, but we managed to figure it out pretty quickly anyway. Overall, we’ve had a really good experience and are really happy with the house.

We have been working with Graduation Properties for the last 3 years with Brett being our first line of contact . We have found him to be diligent, efficient and friendly. Any expenses for works needed on our property were very reasonable and Brett managed the works supplying us with photo updates as required. As we live away this is always much appreciated. Furthermore we found Graduation Properties advice regarding new rental laws very helpful.
