Gem Lettings

I find with Gem Lettings an extremely competent and personal lettings agency. Gemma has been a tremendous help, always available at short noticec and very reliable. But most of all, her letting fees are very honest and of the most competitive in ST Albans. I definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Gem Lettings. Rather than the impersonal bad customer service that I have experienced with a larger agent, Gemma provides a more personal service. She is very friendly, efficient and knows her market well so she can deal with all aspects of the Lettings process.

Amazing company- couldn’t recommend highly enough. Rented a house for 12 months and Gem lettings were helpful, and highly responsive and super flexible. Gemma always made us feel welcome and valued and I would definitely use them again. 🌟

I have rented through 3 different agencies in the last 5 years ,Gem Letting is by far the best. Gemma is very responsive, in any problem she took action immediately. From the first day she helped a lot . Highly recommended!

Gem Lettings helped me to broker the deal when purchasing a property in Jersey Farm St Albans and later found ideal tenants. Their knowledge and professionalism is exceptional.
