Robert was our initial contact who gave a well thought through initial estimate. His marketing plan worked perfectly and we sold on launch day. Once sold, communication from Michele was outstanding — we were kept fully updated about our chain at every stage. Highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointing and Unsympathetic Management Company My experience with Collinson Hall has been extremely disappointing. After experiencing genuine financial hardship, I contacted them to explain my circumstances and asked for understanding and flexibility. Instead of showing empathy or working with me to find a reasonable solution, I felt their sole focus was on recovering the money as quickly as possible. Although a repayment plan was eventually agreed, the tone of their correspondence was intimidating and heavily focused on legal action. I received repeated warnings that my account would be passed to solicitors if I missed a payment, despite being open and honest about my financial situation. To make matters worse, an additional £480 administration fee relating to ongoing debt collection proceedings was added to my account, significantly increasing the amount I owed. Given that I had been communicating with them and trying to resolve the matter, I found this charge excessive and completely disproportionate. Rather than helping a leaseholder who was making every effort to clear the debt, I felt I was being penalised even further. I fully accept my responsibility to pay my service charges and have never tried to avoid my obligations. However, there is a clear difference between recovering a debt professionally and treating customers with fairness, respect and compassion. In my experience, Collinson Hall showed very little flexibility or understanding despite being fully aware of my financial circumstances. Overall, I found their approach to be rigid, intimidating and lacking in customer care. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Collinson Hall to anyone who expects a property management company to deal with leaseholders in a fair, reasonable and compassionate manner.

Overall, my partner and I have had an excellent experience with Collinson Hall, largely thanks to the outstanding support provided by Michele Austin and Ciaran Murphy. Ciaran introduced us to what will soon be our first home and ensured the process got off to the best possible start. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer our questions, providing valuable insight into both the property and the local area. Once our offer was accepted, Michele took over and has been instrumental throughout the purchase process. Her communication was exceptional, keeping all parties informed and helping to ensure progress was made as efficiently as possible at every stage. Michele truly went above and beyond, consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping us reach completion. Purchasing a first home can be a stressful experience, but Michele made the journey far smoother than we could have hoped for. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would not hesitate to recommend Collinson Hall to others.

Great experience! Collinsons helped me to find a rental house to move into while we have our house refurbished. They listened closely to my needs, immediately focused on relevant options and we moved quickly from an idea of something that might work into an agreement on a house. Excellent service from start to finish when renting a flat. Maria was fantastic throughout, handling all the communication, arranging the viewing, and making the whole process really easy and smooth.
