FJ Property Care Limited

Garage conversion to a Utility and Shower Room plus a revamped Kitchen. In addition some alterations were required to the stairwell to enable the fitting of a stairlift. Right from the beginning when I knew what I wanted to achieve, but had no clear idea what and how it was possible, Dan put me at ease and gave me the confidence to trust him to fulfill the potential of major changes and make the most of the space and layout available. He even got me in touch with Architect Barnaby to draw up plans. Dan dealt with everything and was hands-on throughout. He, Shaqcole and their skilled team are superb. Their ideas, enthusiasm and attention to detail made the whole project pretty stress free. and now that it's finished it's more than I could have wished for. A dream come true! Thank you Dan, Shaqcole and your wonderful team for a top quality five star finish. It has been a pleasure to work with you all.

Highly recommend. They recently completed some lintel installation and plastering work for us. We are very happy with the quality of the finish, and the communication throughout the entire job was excellent, including involvement with building control. Great results and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic work from Dan and the team. We were really impressed with the speed and professionalism with which they installed a beam in our kitchen, keeping in mind our budget and time frame, and working with the design team directly to ensure everything was according to plan. Thanks!

Excellent Experience from F J Property Care From the time I arranged a quote from Daniel to the end of the job , Daniel and his team were truly professional. I had a two storey extension and a large Gym built by them . The workmanship was of high quality and always done without rush .The quality and attention to detail has exceeded my expectations especially the brickwork, roof and drainage work. Daniel and his team were punctual and always had the time and patience to answer any questions as the work was being carried out. They were accommodating and fixed issues which came up through the job and explained the progress of the work as it was being carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending FJ Property Care for building work and would give them 5 stars.

We required two walls in our garden to replace two fences that had fallen down too often for our liking, so we chose Findlay & John after checking their reviews, which were really positive. I have to say, the whole team (including Josh, Daniel, Rob & Ishwan) were really professional and very polite throughout the project, keeping me up to date with when to expect skips, materials etc. They laid down plywood and tarps to ensure that our drive was not damaged by the skips and materials, always tidied up after a hard days’ work, and when the project was finished, they did a sterling job of cleaning the garden afterwards, not just the new brick walls, but everywhere, it’s all cleaner than it was before they started! They even did a great job with trimming our hedge which I asked for last minute! Their estimates were very good and their prices very fair – the quality of their work really speaks for itself – both of my neighbours have asked them for quotes for more work! I will definitely be asking these guys to do some more work that we require, and suggest that you don’t waste time looking any further - get these guys in to complete your projects now as they will no doubt be extremely busy when the lockdown is finally over :)
