B&B Property Services recently completed a major project for us involving the removal of a load‑bearing wall and bricking up an unused doorway to create a kitchen‑diner. Once the structural work was done and we could properly see the space, we added electrical work, ceiling overboarding, full skimming, and all ancillary tasks such as fireboarding the RSJ and finishing the surrounding walls. Everything was handled seamlessly. From the outset, the experience was incredibly professional. Communication was excellent — we had a dedicated WhatsApp group where any question was answered quickly, often by Andy within half an hour, even on Sundays. That level of reassurance made a huge difference during a disruptive project. On site, Steve was outstanding. He carried out the bulk of the removal, building, and boarding work, and acted as our immediate point of contact. He explained each stage clearly, offered choices, and gave practical advice. He also coordinated the plasterers and other contractors, inspecting their work and ensuring everything met a high standard. The plastering team Andy brought in were friendly, efficient, and their finish was flawless. They even shared a few tips to help improve our own plastering technique. The electrician also did a fantastic job, managing to run new sockets across the room without leaving a single mark on the stud wall dividing the old living/dining layout. Overall, B&B Property Services delivered exceptional workmanship, honest pricing, and a genuinely stress‑free experience. We already have another project planned, and B&B are absolutely our first choice.

We recently used B&B Property Services Leicester for a complete kitchen renovation, including a full rip-out, removal of walls, radiators, sinks and the existing kitchen, followed by a complete refit with a bespoke booth seating area, breakfast bar and herringbone flooring. Overall, we’re delighted with the finished result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the build is clear. The finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and the team also returned to complete the snagging, leaving us with a fantastic end result. Andy, the owner, was always friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the project. He initially supported to connect us with all of the right contacts to get all that we needed. Whenever unexpected issues arose, which is almost inevitable with a renovation, he was proactive in helping us find solutions rather than simply pointing out problems. He also has a great network of trusted trades around him, which made a real difference. Whether it was arranging an electrician or bringing in specialist trades, everything was handled professionally. The tiling work, carried out by Hannah (East Midlands Tillng) and her team, deserves a mention too as the standard of workmanship is great. To give a fair and balanced review, the project did take longer than originally expected. What was planned as around two months ended up taking just over three. Some of that was outside anyone’s control due to damaged or missing items that needed replacing, but there were also a few occasions where work didn’t progress as planned. I do think the organisation and scheduling could be tightened up. That said, if you’re prepared to stay involved with your project, keep the communication flowing and work closely with the team throughout, I think you’ll be rewarded with an excellent end result. Renovations are rarely straightforward, and in our experience, being engaged throughout the process helped everything come together and it was well worth managing in this way. Would I recommend B&B Leicester? Absolutely. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself, Andy genuinely wants to help find solutions when challenges arise and the wider team of trusted trades they work with were excellent. We now have a kitchen we’re incredibly proud of, and we’d happily use them again. Thank you

After searching for a builder for more than two years due to a few negative experiences. I stumbled across Andy of B&B. I must say, I was shocked by the integrity, honesty and care shown by the team. They have demonstrated this on a regular basis with; regular updates; solutions to problems and expert advice. Before starting the project, I was filled with worries and anxieties. However, they were quickly dispelled after meeting the team. A big positive of B&B is that although they are a big company, you deal with human beings and feel valued and respected. Moreover, the project based approach, means that they have in house professionals who guide you, every step of the way. Above all, however, it was their professional integrity towards their craft. As safety and quality were never put in to question. Naturally, when completing any building work, tough decisions have to be made and I was always given the best advice with realistic solutions. Sure, I received quotes which were cheaper. But, I have been truly blown away at how easy completing a BUILDING PROJECT can be!

Great job, took a little longer than planned due to weather. Luke arrived when said he was going too, removed all the rubbish was polite and considerate. Andy kept in contact throughout the project. Thank you

Andy and his team looked after me from start to finish of my bike garage build. They were very good at dealing with issues and adjusting plans when unknown issues arose from previous bad work by others. Just waiting on more funds for the next round of work to begin!
