A fantastic service from a local company. I requested a couple of prices when getting a new system installed at my home including monitoring and police registration. Falcon worked out the most competitive price-wise, and I have not been disappointed with the service, both the install and aftercare for servicing or any amendments have been dealt with very quickly and professionally. I'd highly recommend Falcon.

As always Falcon Security never fail to provide a reliable ; courteous; professional service. Simón went overboard to ensure the CCTV cameras covered all areas of our property. A small local security company that care - from the owner, the office manager and the folks that come out to manage/service the system, they are great. I must make special mention of Stevie, who is simply brilliant when he's onsite - nothing is impossible, and he is super quick to get things fixed.

We had the security system installed 2 years ago. Which we were very happy with. However the customer service has been poor since. Ongoing maintenance costs are excessive. One of the main batteries went dead, they turned up to replace it. No mention of cost then got billed for £125 for a 5 minute job. When we questioned this we were ignored, then sent a final reminder. Service cost are excessive too.
