Very helpful friendly service from initial discussions through installation. The system was installed just under a month ago so I can't comment on support and maintenance but I am very happy with all dealings with the company to date.

Very personable, professional and clear for CCTV and alarm systems and reasonable cost. Phil was excellent and Laura was efficient.

Phil who installed & visited for servicing is friendly & approachable, less can be said about Laura on the keyboard in the office. The annual service charge is expensive for very little work involved. There was also an annual charge to use the app (free from App Store). We’ve had reliability issues that were covered initially by manufacturer warranty. Communication with Laura, we felt became more about Regency charging for the smallest thing & less about customer loyalty or service after the short warranty period ended. One of the window sensors is faulty. After speaking with Orisec (manufacturer), they suggest getting the installer to attend. Regency have confirmed they will not offer an ‘as and when call out’ service unless we have an expensive maintenance contract with them in place. We now have an alarm system that doesn’t alarm or allow to omit a faulty sensor. The manufacturer doesn’t sell the required part to customers and whilst there may be other, friendlier companies to fix it; Regency who installed it are of no help. We are willing to pay for a repair as out of warranty, but once again, Laura’s approach is not in the customers best interest. On a positive, the part of the Regency that install and visit the house seems ok to deal with from our experience. The office side, less so. The equipment installed is a very average, very ‘laggy’ wireless system. The app is basic and often crashes. Over the years the alarm external sounder doesn't always go off if activated (batteries are fine), when it doesn’t it’s not very loud. Even neighbours have commented is ‘that as loud as it goes’ when it’s been tested. Be prepared for the door sensor to set the alarm off if a gust of wind or postman pulls the door shut too hard. I’ll pay the extra in the future for a hard wired system by another company that comes locally recommended.

Great service and installation. Very pleased with the burglar alarm that was installed, Phil did a very near job installing the system and checked the proposed location of every item with me before fixing in place. Highly recommended.
