Ultra Vision Fire & Security Ltd

We've recently switched over to Ultra-Vision for our CCTV and out of hours surveillance, and I have to say, it's been a really positive experience. They're professional, easy to deal with, and clearly know their stuff. Everything was set up smoothly, and they've been thorough throughout the whole installation. It's reassuring to know our sites are in safe hands, especially outside of working hours. I would recommend them to other businesses looking for reliable security solutions.

We recently had an updated alarm system fitted, together with CCTV monitoring. The whole process from the initial survey visit with discussion of options, to the installation process, was thoroughly professional. We have no hesitation in recommending Ultra Vision. They provide a first-class service.

Brilliant company, offering great service, people and products. A special thanks to Conner who was our engineer. He was brilliant as well as his colleague. I recommend Ultra Vision highly. We spoke to several other companies in the area and none came close in regards to customer care, knowledge and efficiency. The office team, management and engineering team were excellent. We felt that we were cared about as individuals rather than a business opportunity and this is what makes Ultra Vision the best!

Dear Rob In these days of frequent indifferent service levels, I wanted to make a special mention of Billy who came yesterday to fit CCTV cameras. He worked tirelessly for eight and a half hours and proved to be extremely competent and expert regarding the installation. We are very pleased with the outcome. He was also very ably assisted by Harry later in the day. Our thanks to them again. Best David

Ultra-Vision have been looking after our security for quite a few years now and I can honestly say that their attention to detail, customer service, customer support, know how and general approach to any of the work undertaken is second to none. Advice is happily and honestly given and any problems are openly and easily discussed. Rob and Sam have always been happy to make themselves available for a chat and the rest of the team are equally helpful. Vicki is a great coordinator and Adam adds enormously to the set up. Whenever we’ve had a visit from an engineer we’ve always been happy with the result.
