Express Screed Ltd

We got Nick in to install the underfloor heating system and pump the screed on an extension we’re building in Darley. The access was an issue but didn’t pose a problem to Nick. He was very professional and provided an excellent service. We’d highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again. Cheers Nick!

Nick at Express Screed was remarkably generous with his time and knowledge, going the extra mile to help me find the best solution for my specific screed requirements and answering questions before, during, and after the project. He arrived ahead of schedule and completed the screed installation very efficiently and with cheer. All in all, ES provided a highly customer-focused service, and I would happily recommend using them.

Does what it says on the van. I asked Nick to sort out a concrete base that was supposedly laid flat and level for a building, when it was more akin to the French Alps. With the new building blocking my drive and the installation team chomping at the bit to get started. The media is full of "experts" , Nick gave the impression of a true professional, gained by 17 years in the business, down to earth, and reliable, all of which he demonstrated whilst sorting out my problem, even arriving early! By late afternoon, the job is sorted, gear packed away, looks like a million dollars, and it was good value. No hesitation recommending Express Screed to you.

We had from Express Screed LTD for a 250m2 liquid screed job, this was an extremely challenging job due to the unlevel concrete floor underneath, Nicks team dealt with this professionally and efficiently, making sure every aspect of the pour was done perfectly. Very very impressed with the level of Knowledge from the express screed team, we wouldn’t use any other company! Thanks for an amazing job!

Worked with Nick over various concreting and UFH projects over the years. Punctual, polite and friendly, high quality work and his communication is excellent. Highly recommend
