GLEEM DETAILING

Had a slight issue with the order however Keith was quick to rectify it and even made a personal phone call. Superb service and to top it off even threw in a free gift.Thank you so much and in my opinion you went above and beyond to keep a customer happy. Nice one.

Well what can I say. This is a small business run by a hardworking guy who genuinely prides himself on offering excellent customer service and high-quality products that exceed expectations, but their dedication to getting things right is evident in everything they do. If any issue arises, they are incredibly quick to resolve it, always with a focus on making sure you're happy with the outcome. All I will say is make sure you give them a chance to sort any issues by calling them directly. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about the customer experience as much as they do. This is why I always prefer to deal with small independent or family run businesses. I will not hesitate to purchase further items from Keith and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. If you're looking for excellent products and exceptional service, look no further – this small business is a gem! Thank's Keith ! Jase

What a fantastic service from Keith & Graham at Gleem , yet again another excellent power washer . The last one we have had we have had 5 years without issue with the servicing they offer annually - we are heavy industrial users of the equipment and have had karcher etc before all poor compared to these . But the service and follow up is what makes the difference , highly recommend their friendly responsive service - Thsnk you Gleem
