This was my first time at Hear & Now for micro suction wax removal, it was very easy to get an appointment booked and everyone is so nice. It had been a very long time since I had the wax removed from my ears so there was a good build up, but so satisfying when ot all came out. I will not wait so long again! Thank you for such a good service and satisfying experience.

Dealing with Hear and Now has been a really good experience. Upon arrival you are greeted by either Yan or Joy, both are very friendly and welcoming. They immediately put you at ease. Mike Wells the Principal Audiologist is very friendly and carries out the hearing test, fitting & subsequent checks in a professional manner. Excellent staff, service and product. I would highly recommend this family firm.

Friendly, courteous and professional. I was looking for a service more accommodating than the mainstream high street hear care providers. I found it here at Hear&Now, Ripon. They understood my requirements and provided me with the testing and instruments needed. Very quick to provide appointments and subsequently the aids required. Follow up service is second to none. Very pleased.
