Exeter Property

Moving to Exeter from abroad was a huge step, but Hannah provided all the help I needed. She was more than happy to arrange online viewings and gave me accurate, clear answers to all my questions. This is what truly sets them apart. While some corporate estate agencies only offer automated responses or strictly stick to their specific roles, this place was completely different. Also, just as Exeter Property claims in their description, they truly show you great homes. When I finally arrived and saw the house in person, I absolutely loved it.

Lynsey, Lisa and Hannah have been fantastic. After a poor experience with another agent managing our properties our next choice was important, we certainly made the right choice with Exeter Property. Lynsey has gone over and beyond what I’ve come to expect from a property manager. The advice, support and time spent in getting our property best positioned for rent and achieving the right long term tenant at the right price was fantastic. I highly recommend Exeter Property to landlords and tenants as a caring and highly professional team who do what they say they’ll do.

I’ve been a tenant with Exeter Property for 15 years, and they’ve been fantastic throughout. Any issues have always been handled quickly, with clear communication and real care. They’ve consistently treated me with respect and have even gone out of their way to help on several occasions. I couldn’t recommend Exeter Property highly enough.

We are very happy with the service we have received from Exeter Property so far. Lisa, Hannah and the team have been very professional, helpful and quick to respond throughout the whole process. Everything has been clearly explained, and they have made our move much less stressful. As new tenants, we really appreciate their support, good communication and friendly approach. We are looking forward to moving into our new home and would definitely recommend Exeter Property to others. Thank you again for your help and excellent service!

Exeter property took over management of our rented property half way through our tenancy and were excellent. As renters we were able to contact them over any issues in the house and they would respond quickly, and any prolonged issues that couldn't be easily fixed saw them offer alternatives and ways to help mitigate the issue - such as lending us portable heaters after our boiler broke. The move out process was also incredibly easy and clean. Would definitely recommend if you are a student looking for accommodation for university!
