The company is professional and their price is very competitive. Dylan came out and was very professional and friendly. The wasps nest seems to be completely gone however they give a 45 day window, incase you still see activity. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

EcoCare Pest Management was truly a port in a storm for me and my family when we discovered a rodent problem in our new flat and my daughter had a potential bed bug issue with items she had traveled with. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and flexible. Shafaq in particular jumped in on a holiday weekend to help with scheduling, and came himself to our flat to do a deep and very thorough cleaning where rodents had been in the kitchen and other areas. I am very appreciative and impressed with their customer service.

I recently discovered a wasp nest on my property and phoned EcoCare Pest Management to ask them to remove the nest and deal with the wasps. From the chap I spoke to on the phone to the guy who came out, everything was dealt with in a highly competent, professional and friendly manner. I received several emails confirming the appointment along with an invoice and also had a phone call from the exterminator prior to his arrival, he was also able to give me some useful information about the wasps before climbing to where the nest was and thoroughly dealing with them without any mess or disruption to my property. I was very impressed with the whole process and would happily recommend EcoCare Pest Management to anyone.
