I don't even know where to begin with this outfit. Having witnessed their build quality and treatment of my partner over the past four months on a renovation that has cost over six figures. I'm shocked. A new heating system that doesn't provide hot water, toilets that don't flush correctly, wooden floors that have not had a suitable sub layer fitted and gaps filled with bathroom sealant. Dynamic charged the best part of thirty thousand pounds for the kitchen alone and I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Bent doors, loose and badly fitted hinges, lighting systems secured with blue tape. In the bathrooms the underfloor heating system has been incorrectly installed and the tiles have cracked after four months of use because of the amateur way in which the tiles have been secured (dot n dab instead of an even adhesive spread) Two electric sockets have come loose from the walls and the extractor in the bathroom has no weatherproof shield on the outside and the hole is so big in the tile that you can see it on the edge of the extractor. Damage was also done to new shower trays, light fittings and personal belongings through total lack of thought. The list goes on and on and on. We provided a list of over 100 issues to be fixed of which maybe five were attempted. I wouldnt trust this company to build a shed, avoid them at all costs. Utterly inept.

Stay well away from this company, once they have your money they don’t want to know about any warranty issues. I had bathroom refit with underfloor heating put in, when the thermostat failed I contacted them to come and fix only to be told it was the sub contractors responsibility, totally not when they (Dynamic) were paid for complete job. Contacted numerous times, promised replacement would be sent (that was before Xmas) still waiting!!!! I even had arranged for my own electrician to come and fit at my expense . I have sent numerous emails since Promised call back, still waiting. I have since went out and bought the new thermostat myself and forwarded the invoice on but they are not paying up. Would not recommend you to use this company

I would like to thank Ross and his amazing team for all the excellent work they have done transforming my house. This included installing a new kitchen, upgrading electrics, installing a new boiler and installing laminate flooring throughout. Quality work done to a very high standard, highly skilled workmen who were all lovely people. Highly recommended and would definitely use Dynamic again. Thanks again to everyone, was an absolute pleasure. Would Rate 10/10.

AMAZING...Dynamic recently fitted my new kitchen and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Communication prior to and during the work cannot be faulted. Ross and his team did a thorough job, working long hours to get the job done. We are extremely delighted with our new kitchen and the workmanship put into building it. Would highly recommend.

We recently had Dynamic Property services do a full refurbishment and Re branding of our Style Bar, and what an absolute fabulous job they have done ! From the first day of planning too the re opening of our doors Ross and his team were all professional and extremely hardcore working. Ross and his men takes there job on a very personal level and as a result produce top quality work with fantastic attention to detail . The job was programmed and all time scales were easily met as promised . These guys really do go that extra mile to help accommodate there client . I would absolutely have no hesitation in using Dynamic Services again for any build and design in the future and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking a top class firm . We are delighted with every part of the refurbishment and I am now delighted to say that our customers also echo that .
