Absolutely an amazing team, very professional and approachable at all times. Any issues dealt with promptly and fairly, so much so that on moving from living nearby property we had no qualms leaving property in there hands when we moved away. Any problems that did arrise following our move were delt with promptly negating our need to return. Thankyou team for 17 years plus service.

I was the owner of 2 properties in Peterborough for approximately 10 years and Cookes managed these both for me. Roland and the team were amazing throughout that period and covered everything I needed, plus more on some occasions, so I rarely needed to be involved. All queries by either myself or any of the tenants were quickly handled, all maintenance, inspections and annual services were catered for so I had minimal need for concern. On the rare occasion there were issues, for example a tenant had problems with the rent, or when I was looking to sell a property and needed the tenants to be informed to vacate, this was all discussed and the process and steps required explained clearly and Roland worked with the tenants to ensure all parties were happy and end goal achieved, ie, rent paid or tenants to move out on X date. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team to anyone considering using Cookes as either their property management company or to rent a property from.

Cookes property is a great company to rent through, the staff are really helpful kind and thoughtful. I am sad that i am not with them anymore.

Very professional and personal service provided. Having rented properties, as a tenant, across varied areas of England as part of my professional career over the past 20+ years, I genuinely state that Cookes Property Management is the best rental agency I have ever used. Every part of the rental process From the initial viewing of rental property, signing the contract, property entry, periodic reviews and exiting the rental property have been exceptionally managed. I found all the team to be very professional, supportive and caring, which was extremely refreshing. I would without any hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for rental properties in the area and would also personally not hesitate to use their services again, should the opportunity arise. A fantastic business with an excellent team. A++++++
